Ordering guidelines

Schedules

Our take-out/delivery service is from 7:00am to 5:00pm. Orders can be made from 7am to 5pm only, with deliveries only beginning at 8am and last delivery at 6pm. Lead time for food preparation from ordering to pick-up or delivery is two (2) hours. Pre-order of one (1) day lead time is recommended for cakes, and bulk orders.

Pick-up or Delivery

Customers may opt to pick-up their orders or book a third-party pickup service (Grab Express, Lalamove or others); or have us deliver the food for additional delivery fee.

Payment

Customers may pay via online credit card payment; or online bank transfers for BDO and BPI. Once order is placed, please wait for an email from us for total fees (including pertinent discounts, delivery fees if applicable, etc) and payment instructions. It is important to check your email to complete order process. Thank you.
